Job Role


Sales order Processing & management: Received, review and processed orders from sales department (telephonically and email etc.) from the time order is received till the payment is realised (order to cash – O2C).


Checking and cross verifying various terms of sales as per the order details from Sales team and as given in PO received from Customer


Collaborate with diverse internal teams (sales, accounts, Stores, customer support, Development etc.) for efficient execution of orders.


Interacting and coordinating with customer, updating them regarding their orders at each and every stage with regards to their order status, material delivery etc & resolving their queries


Remain familiar with all products and services offered in order to be able to answer customer questions


Updating the ERP systems (SAP) at each step during order processing.


Preparation of periodical MIS statements and share it with stake holders and the management.


Payment follow ups with customer and collection at various stages of order processing such as advance payment, against delivery payment, against implementation and final payment.


Required Skills :-


Graduation - Any Graduate


Minimum 2 yrs experience in Sales order processing and coordination or similar roles

Good verbal and written communication with command over English Language.


Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills


Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office


Working knowledge of SAP


Desired Personality traits


Proactive, Self-Drive & Result orientation


Strong work ethics and sense of commitment


Strong Interpersonal Skills to ensure smooth co-ordination with various teams and customer


Ability to work in a faced paced environment
